Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will accept a return within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please use the contact us section on our website with your purchase date and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, items on sale, and certain categories of products may not be eligible for returns. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and is nonrefundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If there is a delay in refund, please contact your bank . If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us .

Items That Never Arrive or Delayed Shipments:
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delayed Items: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us by using the contact us section for further assistance. We’ll investigate the cause of the delay and keep you updated.

Items Not Delivered: If your item has not been delivered within 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. Shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer and is nonrefundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, track your package and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
