- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with butter.
- Pour batter to make one large pancake (for the body) and one small pancake (for the head). Make two oval-shaped pancakes for ears.
- Assemble into a bunny shape. Decorate with banana slices for cheeks, a strawberry slice for the nose, and chocolate chips for eyes.
- Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit! You can also add whipped cream on top for decoration.
